The experience enjoyed with crystal singing bowls is profound and divine. They have a powerful resonance and exquisite tune. Every bowl has a different tone and note and is attuned with every chakra (energy centre in our body). When listening to the sounds of crystal bowls they can energise, balance and transform you. Science has shown that sound can produce changes in the circulatory, respiratory, nervous, endocrine and lymphatic systems.
Come and relax and let the sounds of the crystal singing bowls balance you on every level. Alignment at its best as you get out of the thinking mind and surrender and let go of what you need to release as you allow the resonance to uplift your vibration to a higher state.

Pranayama is simply defined as breath-control, but when we delve deeper into this ancient practice, pranayama is more about the expansion of our life energy.
In this workshop you will learn about the Pranic Body and how to enhance it so you feel more energised, alert and calm.
There will be some asanas (yoga postures), breathing techniques, discussion and meditation.
All level of students are welcome.
Sound and Restore

Join Alexandra Bebenek, Andrew Macleod, and Bron Weetman for an immersive and restorative sound experience.
Whilst being in fully supported restorative poses, Alex and Andrew will use quartz crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, flute, alto flute and various instruments to induce states of profound physical relaxation, meditation and general wellbeing.
Throughout this two hour immersion you may be transported to states of stillness, meditation, bliss, expansion of consciousness and self-healing.
This gorgeous collaboration of sound produces a soundscape that washes over you, releasing and relaxing tension throughout the body helping to reduce stress.
Our invitation is to explore new ways of listening and responding, as the ear hears, the brain listens and the body senses vibrations.
Ways to Deepen Your Yoga Practice

In this workshop Kym will explore three main areas of yoga for you to take home a wholistic practice:
1) Key asana (postures)
2) The yogic attitude towards action
3) Meditation (including breath work for relaxation)
Warriors Dance Yoga Workshop
